Only if you are a registered donor yourself, should you have the right to receive a donor organ. If you have registered to become a donor yourself, your parents should be able to override your decision. A smoker should have the same right to receive donor lungs as someone with a healthy lifestyle. Everyone should automatically be a registered donor. I only wish to become an organ donor if my parents agree with my decision. I only wish to become an organ donor if I should be able to decide for myself who receives my donated organs. I do not want to make a decision regarding organ donation now, I wish to do it at a later date.
